My husband suffers from diabetic neuropathy and finds these stability walker shoes to be the most comfortable. He can adjust the tightness with the straps; he can remove or use the insole depending on how his feet feel that particular day. I never commented on a product in my life. When I saw the opportunity to comment on this shoe, I couldn't wait! You have to wear them to believe them. I walked the Las Vegas strip from 8am to 11pm one day and my feet and legs were not tired at all. I felt as strong and as lively as when I started out in the morning. I ALWAYS have issues with my feet and legs after an ample amount of serious walking. I need to buy 10 pair to make sure I always have another on hand. PLEASE do not stop making this shoe exactly like you do now.

The shoe itself was alright. The inside support of the shoe is a lot to be desired. It doesn't come close in comparison with the Men's leather stability Walker #9019.

I have used these for so many years, I can't do without them. I have tried many more expensive brands, but have never found an equal. It's great to see [...] carrying this item, it's not always easy to find. I have been diabetic for 45 years for the last 15 of those I have run into many common foot problems for diabetes. Even my professional orthopedic specialist is enamored with these shoes.

The tops take a lot od abuse and still look good.
The soles do not wear out. I like the wide widths available, I have a very wide foot. I use the 5E size.
